Return Policy

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product.

In the event of returning a product due to a change of mind, there is a mandatory deduction of $9.95 from your total refund to cover the cost of the original delivery. Please note, if you are returning an item for an exchange, we will require an additional shipping fee of $15.00 for this re-delivery.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At APOC Nutrition we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection will take place upon receiving the return.

Our admin team will process your request for a refund within 2 working days of receiving all relevant information to be able to review any refund of a product. You can expect a refund to processed and paid within 1 working week after a refund has been approved by the admin team.

Please contact us by email at [email protected] to let us know that you’d like to return or exchange a product. Please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a return/exchange and include any necessary photo documentation if applicable. Our admin team will then be able to assist you with your return request.

All goods returned to APOC Nutrition will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of APOC Nutrition, or a refund issued.

In the case of non-faulty goods returned to APOC Nutrition we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued or to return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
